Consultation policy

1. What you are booking

A booking reserves the service, duration, price and appointment shown at checkout with a VisaReadyPro team member or assigned specialist. It is confirmed only after successful payment. Government fees, filing, representation, recruitment, translation and third-party costs are excluded unless expressly stated.

2. Advice and professional boundaries

Visa, career, interview and relocation coaching is educational support and does not guarantee approval, employment or another outcome. VisaReadyPro is not an embassy, government authority, employer or law firm.

Jurisdiction-specific legal advice is offered only through a separately identified lawyer consultation and an accepted engagement with a lawyer or regulated practitioner authorised for the relevant matter. Identity, licensing jurisdiction, conflicts, scope and availability are confirmed privately before regulated work begins.

3. Client preparation

Provide accurate intake information and relevant documents before the appointment. Do not send passwords, full card data or unnecessary identity and banking numbers. You remain responsible for checking, signing and submitting an application unless a separate regulated engagement states otherwise.

4. Rescheduling, cancellation and lateness

You may normally reschedule once without an additional fee when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment and another time is available. Client cancellations, late cancellations and no-shows are generally non-refundable. Arriving late may reduce the session; after 15 minutes it may be recorded as a no-show.

5. Team cancellation and service failures

If we cannot provide the booked service, you may choose a reasonable replacement time or a refund to the original payment method. We also review duplicate charges, material failures and requests required by consumer law. Nothing limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Immediate preparation

When you request preparation to begin after payment, we may review the intake and allocate a professional before the meeting. Any effect on a statutory cooling-off right depends on applicable law; a checkout acknowledgement does not waive non-waivable rights.

7. Privacy, confidentiality and recording

Intake details may be shared with the assigned professional solely to prepare and deliver the service and are handled under our Privacy Policy. A session is not recorded unless everyone gives separate informed consent. Regulated engagements may include additional professional terms.

8. Scheduling help

Email support@visareadypro.com from your account email and include the booking date. Do not include sensitive identification or payment-card details.
