Terms of service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing VisaReadyPro, a service and brand operated by Global Digital Prime Inc., you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What VisaReadyPro provides

VisaReadyPro provides educational research, preparation and organization tools for visa journeys, documents, interviews, schools, scholarships, international jobs and travel. We are not an embassy, consulate, government authority, school, employer, recruiter, airline or travel supplier, and we do not make their decisions.

3. Information, legal advice and outcomes

General platform information is not legal advice and no visa, admission, scholarship, job or appeal outcome is guaranteed. Laws, fees, forms, deadlines and third-party information change. You must review your materials and verify the current official source before submitting or paying.

Legal advice or representation is available only where a booking is expressly accepted by a lawyer or regulated professional authorised for the relevant jurisdiction and scope. Visa coaching, automated refusal review and document organization do not create a lawyer-client relationship.

4. Your information, named applicant and acceptable use

You must provide truthful information and may upload only content you own or are authorised to use. Do not fabricate identity, qualifications, experience, finances, relationships or travel history. Do not misuse the service, bypass limits, probe security, introduce malicious content, impersonate others, scrape protected areas, spam or violate third-party rights or terms.

Free and paid Individual accounts are licensed to one named applicant and one active applicant workspace. The first confirmed applicant profile and passport may bind the account to that person. The account may accept a renewed passport for the same person, but it must not be shared, transferred to an unrelated applicant, or used by an agency, consultant, family group or other person to manage multiple applicants. A legitimate legal-name or identity-document change may require evidence and administrator review. Multiple applicants require an Agency plan and separate applicant workspaces with appropriate consent.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid period. Annual plans provide twelve months of access for the price of ten monthly payments. A one-time refusal review is a separate single-use purchase for the named applicant and does not create a subscription.

Live interview allowances reset monthly, expire at the end of each monthly allowance period and do not roll over. Annual subscribers receive a new allowance each month rather than all sessions at once. Each live session may last up to 20 minutes. A session that cannot start or fails technically before the user speaks may be restored automatically; completed, voluntarily ended and otherwise consumed sessions are not restored. Human consultations are separate purchases. See the Refund Policy. Standard Agency plans activate after successful Stripe payment and include guided workspace setup. Enterprise White Label requires a confirmed commercial and technical scope before activation.

6. Consultations

A paid booking reserves the displayed service, duration, price and appointment. Client cancellations and no-shows are generally non-refundable, with one reschedule normally available at least 24 hours before the appointment. Team cancellations, material failures and mandatory rights are handled under the Consultation Policy.

7. Gmail and user-authorised sending

If you connect Gmail, you authorise VisaReadyPro to send only messages that you address, review and explicitly submit. You remain responsible for each recipient, attachment and message. Details appear in our Privacy Policy.

8. Affiliate programme

Eligible users may share a personal affiliate link and earn the displayed commission on qualifying, successfully collected VisaReadyPro platform purchases made by a valid referred user during the first 12 months after attribution. The standard rate is 10%. Commission is held for at least 30 days, becomes payable only after administrator review, and may be reversed or disqualified for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referral, duplicate attribution, prohibited advertising or breach of these Terms. Live consultations, taxes, refunded amounts and purchases expressly identified as ineligible do not earn commission.

Affiliates must describe VisaReadyPro accurately, disclose their commercial relationship where required, and must not promise visas, jobs, scholarships or outcomes, impersonate VisaReadyPro, send spam, or publish deceptive claims. Discount codes remain our property and may be limited, changed or withdrawn. Payout timing and method require identity, tax and payment checks and may vary by country.

9. Third-party services

Links and results may lead to governments, institutions, employers, airlines, accommodation providers, payment processors and other third parties. Their content, prices, availability, decisions and terms are controlled by them. A link does not guarantee accuracy, endorsement or availability.

10. Intellectual property

VisaReadyPro software, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Global Digital Prime Inc. You retain ownership of information you provide and may use generated documents for your lawful personal or authorised business purposes, subject to third-party rights and these Terms.

11. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Global Digital Prime Inc. does not warrant uninterrupted availability or the continuing accuracy of third-party information and is not responsible for a government, institution, employer or supplier decision. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension, deletion and changes

You may stop using VisaReadyPro and delete your account from Settings. We may restrict access for fraud, non-payment, security threats, unlawful use or serious or repeated violations. Material term changes will be identified by a revised date and communicated where appropriate.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles and without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
