1. Who operates VisaReadyPro

VisaReadyPro is a service and brand operated by Global Digital Prime Inc. (“VisaReadyPro”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This policy applies to our website, application, subscriptions, document tools, interview practice, travel research and consultations.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and limited technical information needed to run and secure the service.

• Account and profile details, including name, email, contact details, education, employment and skills.
• Visa, travel, school, scholarship, job application, interview and consultation information you choose to provide.
• Documents you upload or generate, including CVs, academic records and refusal notices.
• Subscription, transaction status, appointment, consent and product-usage information.
• Device, browser, IP address, security and diagnostic information.

Do not upload information you do not have authority to use. Remove unnecessary passport, banking, application and identity numbers where the feature does not require them.

3. How we use information

• Provide source-linked visa research, document preparation, interview practice and travel-planning tools.
• Compare the evidence you provide with published school, scholarship or job criteria.
• Generate requested CVs, cover letters, checklists and preparation reports.
• Schedule and support consultations and process subscriptions or payments.
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations.

We process information to provide the service you request, with consent where required, for legitimate security and service-improvement purposes, and to comply with applicable law.

Affiliate attribution

When you follow an affiliate link, we store a first-party referral code for up to 30 days. We also record anonymous link visits (time, broad device category and source such as a QR code) and use a random 30-minute first-party cookie to avoid counting repeated opens. These visit records do not contain your name, email, IP address or uploaded documents. Affiliates can see counts and recent anonymous visit activity, not the identities of people who only click. If you register, we record the referring affiliate, registration date and later eligible purchase status so commission can be calculated, audited, paid or reversed after a refund. Affiliates see aggregate referral and commission status; they do not receive your uploaded documents, passport data, payment-card details or private workspace activity.

4. Automated systems and service providers

We use vetted hosting, database, payment, email, search, analytics, document-extraction, model, voice and video providers. They process only the information needed for their contracted function. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded application documents for third-party advertising.

Assistant output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review generated content, open the cited source and verify current requirements with the responsible government, institution, employer or qualified professional.

5. Google user data and Gmail

Connecting Gmail is optional. VisaReadyPro requests send permission only to send an application email that you address, review and explicitly instruct us to send. We do not use that permission to read, search, modify or delete your inbox, contacts, labels or mailbox settings.

Authorization tokens are stored in protected server-side storage while the connection is active. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising or transferred except to provide and secure the requested function, comply with law or with your explicit consent. Our use of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Disconnect Gmail in Settings or revoke access in your Google Account.

6. Interview camera and visual coaching

Camera use is optional. Without separate visual-coaching consent, the camera is a local preview and is not sent for analysis. If enabled, temporary snapshots may be processed only for observable framing, lighting, posture and attire-formality feedback. VisaReadyPro does not use this feature for facial recognition, emotion, personality, protected-trait, hiring-suitability or visa-eligibility analysis.

7. Consultations and professional services

Relevant intake details may be shared with the assigned team member or contracted licensed practitioner solely to prepare and deliver the booked service. Legal advice is provided only through an accepted engagement with an appropriately licensed professional for the relevant jurisdiction and scope.

8. Security, international processing and retention

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, protected storage, rate limits and monitoring designed to safeguard information. Information may be processed in countries other than yours with safeguards appropriate to the provider and applicable law. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

We keep account and service data only as long as reasonably required for service delivery, security, disputes, tax, legal and operational obligations. Temporary processing data may be deleted earlier. You can remove documents, disconnect integrations and delete your account from Settings.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw optional consent. Essential authentication and security cookies are required to provide the service. VisaReadyPro is not directed to children under 18.

10. Changes and privacy requests

Material changes are identified by a revised date and, where appropriate, an in-product or email notice. Send privacy requests to privacy@visareadypro.com. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity numbers.
