Refund policy

1. Subscriptions and cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. A change of mind or unused time does not normally create a refund right, subject to mandatory law.

2. Consultation bookings

Consultations reserve professional time and preparation. Client cancellations, late cancellations and no-shows are generally non-refundable. One reschedule is normally available when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment and another time is available. See the Consultation Policy.

3. When we will review a refund

• VisaReadyPro cancelled and could not provide a reasonable replacement appointment.
• A duplicate charge or verified billing error occurred.
• A material technical failure prevented delivery of the paid service.
• Applicable law gives you a non-waivable refund or cooling-off right.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times may vary.

4. Used digital services, one-time reviews and interview credits

Fees are generally non-refundable once substantial automated research, generation, interview, job-search or document services have been used during the billing period, except where required by law. A one-time refusal-review credit is for the named applicant on the account and is normally treated as used when the first successful document-grounded assessment is produced; a provider failure before delivery restores the credit. Monthly interview allowances expire at the end of their allowance period and do not roll over or convert to cash. If a live interview cannot start or fails technically before you speak, the platform normally restores that session automatically. Contact support if a verified technical failure was not restored.

5. Requesting review

Email support@visareadypro.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email, charge date and a concise explanation. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary identity documents.
